Second time I’ve ordered from this company. They’re quick at replying and let you know what’s going on with your order. I placed an order on 29th April and it’s just arrived today.

Will definitely be using again!

I recently purchased a camera and lens from e-infin and I am extremely impressed with their service. As soon as I placed my order, I received excellent communication and updates regarding my purchase. The customer service was first class, with any queries I had being answered promptly and professionally.

The delivery was incredibly fast, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there were no import duties to pay. The camera and lens were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I highly recommend e-infin to anyone looking to purchase photographic equipment. The website is easy to use, the prices are very competitive, and the service is exceptional. I will definitely be using e-infin again in the future. The website address is e-infin.com.

I ordered a Sony a 7RV camera for a very good price and paid for it immediately. It took very long before it arrived at their Uk warehouse. Then I had to wait for a tracking number, which only could be sent when it arrived in the EU warehouse. I never got this tracking number, so after 7 weeks I asked for a refund. So delivery and updating tracking information was a serieous minus.
I got the refund after a few days. So the firm is reliable, but they should choose another courier. I'd rather pay a few Euro more for a courier who gives tracking updates every day.
Communication was very good, I got an answer to every mail I wrote.

I ordered SONY A7iv. It arrived 12 days later.
I emailed E-infinity a few times asking for an update on delivery - they would reply within hours. Very good overall experience.

I ordered a camera on the evening of the 23/03/2023, and it arrived on 04/04/2023. Got tracking number after a couple of days, and was informed that my parcel would be delivered the following evening, which it was. So, 7 working days in all. Pretty impressive for a company that operates from the Orient.

I ordered Canon RF 50mm f1.2L on 09.03.2023.
The order was processed on 10.03.2023 and I received an email with 2 pictures of the original Canon box and package (no DHL tracking number yet).
I wrote an email on 15.03 asking about the tracking number and shortly after received a response that it will be sent the moment it arrives in the EU warehouse.
On 21.03, I received sms with the DHL tracking number informing me that the parcel will be at my doorstep on 29.03.
The parcel arrived at noon exactly on the aforementioned date via DHL. Packaging, lens and all its content was in perfect shape.
Overall delivery took 20 calendar days. Thank you!

Good experience overall. I ordered a Camera body and lens on the 21/03 and reveived it on the 30/03, very well packaged and brand new as expected. The savings balance the absence of manufacturer warranty for me, it is a compromise you need to make and be aware of. Customer service is responsive as well.

I bought the Sony zv e10 camera after much research, E-infinity had the best price. From ordering I was sent confirmation email , photo and email again showing it packed with address label . I new it would take probably around 7- 10 days to arrive , the tracking was accurate and when the camera arrived I checked to see if indeed everything that should be in the box was there and it was "New" as stated ... No complaints would use again .

2018. and 2019. I ordered some items from Einfinity. Everything was perfect. I this year I decided to buy new camera nad lens. After reading some bad review on Trustpilot I was in dilema. I contact E-infin staff via email, they answer me and make order. Today I received what I ordered, with no problem, and with best price in world.

AVOID at all costs. Please see my previous reviews. The company still refuses a refund and has failed to provide any evidence of action- still waiting to hear back from DPD/item lost in transit etc etc. It is OVER ONE YEAR since my camera broke. SHocking, illegal surely and refuse to share company owner details. BUYER NEWARE- yes prices are good but......

Over 6 weeks ago I placed an order for 2 Canon lenses. A week later I received a shipping confirmation from E-infinity and then, another few days passed until my tracking showed a parcel as delivered to a neighbour. Unfortunately, that neighbour place is a public business with free access by its customers so probably one of them has been given my parcel! All thanks to Yodel.
I failed complain to customer service, they promised to ask Yodel for an explanation.
After a fair bit of time, sending emails pushing E-infinity to chase Yodel for a refund of a lost package value, now I am happy to tell that full refund has been given. At last!
I can't blame E-infinity for the lost parcel, I blame them for not resolving an issue in a timely matter.

Ordered a Canon lens and extender, both were a great price. The communication from E-Infinity was excellent and they kept me up to date with how my order was progress. The items arrived well packaged and within a week from ordering.
I will be using E-Infinity again and would recommend them.

I've brought so may items of Nikon and Canon cameras and lenses over the years from E-infinity, the savings have been truly excellent
Unfortunately photography is way overpriced, if these guys can sell photographic items at so much discount then it doesn't take a child to tell you that we are being overpriced by both the shops and manufactures and have been so for years, all in a very cosy arrangement!
Grey products have been around for 40+ years now and yet people get so fearful, don't take so much notice of the smug photo industry, get your photo product at the price it really should have been in the first place.
This company is both both quick and safe to use.
Recommended without hesitation.

Ordered the Sony 20mm f1.8 on the 2nd March May arrived on the 9th March. A great lens for a great price.100 quid cheaper than a secondhand sony 20mm lens from WEX.
This is my 3rd purchase from e infinity and they've delivered every time. Well done to einfinity.
